 <li>Request renewals for currently prescribed medications</li>
 <li>View results of select lab work or other tests</li>
 <li>View and/or download portions of your medical record</li>
 <li>View clinical visit summary</li>
 <li>View your active medication list, allergies, immunizations, and more</li>
 <li>View your upcoming appointments</li>
 <li>Connect health management apps to your health record</li>
</ul>

Signing Up

Registering for the patient portal is a straightforward process that begins with filling out a brief form online. To begin, visit our Self Enrollment page at <a href="http://uabmedicine.org/me">uabmedicine.org/me</a> and follow the provided instructions.

Registration Step-by-Step

<ol>
 <li>Watch your email inbox for the invitation. Create your myUABMedicine account within 90 days of receiving the invitation; otherwise, you will need to request a new invitation. If you decide not to proceed with creating an account, you can simply delete the email.</li>
 <li>In the email invitation, click on the provided link to access quick steps on getting started.</li>
 <li>Verify your information by confirming your date of birth and answering a security question.</li>
 <li>Create a unique username and password on the Sign-Up page. Accept the Terms of Use and select "Create Account."</li>
 <li>Your data will then be available in the portal, allowing you to engage with your UAB providers.</li>
 <li>To log in to the myUABMedicine Patient Portal in the future, visit <a href="http://uabmedicine.org/me">uabmedicine.org/me</a> and click on the login button.</li>
